With EPS/Epoxy, the design capabilities are virtually endless. We build the blanks – we are not here to follow fashion, we set it. Holladay boards are a custom product, not something that is built as stock on a shelf.
Custom Epoxy boards are always made to the customer’s specifications, and we can offer design options to fit particular surfing styles and body types to optimize performance. Be sure to check availability of board production, during high order periods our industry may be more focused on blank output, thus slowing board manufacturing, out of respect for our customers we strive to deliver top quality products in a timely manner.
We use FCS and Probox fins set-ups or glass-on, and fins of your choice. Art is also available on many custom orders, billed by the hour.

5’10” to 6’4” – Florida Pocket Rocket Shortboard – More tail rocker gives better responsiveness for typical Florida waves. This outline pulls more meat forward providing ease of paddling and wave catching giving you more surface area to pop to your feet quick. Further dimensions are user based.
5’10” to 6’2” – Competition Model Shortboard – For experienced riders, rip it up and bust heads with this aggressive comp model. Aft rocker and flow – bone in the nose.
5’10” to 6’8” – Fish and Hybrid Models - Among the best match for the Epoxy/EPS program is the fish style board. Relaxed nose and tail rockers allow for speed, easy wave catching and riding. Swallow tails, retro, modern, and different stringer setups make these models as versatile in design as the amazing amount of waves you can ride with them. Beat the pack and defy convention by sitting on the outside line with a short fish - teardrop single concave and blow their minds when you can walk up the nose.

8’ to 10’ – Funboards, Longboards, and Noseriders – Get Longboards that rip like boards more than 2 feet shorter with modern styling. Learn, or improve your quiver with an ultra light performance Funboard or Longboard. Various stringer options, flex and size possibilities – such as a 9’2” Noserider with a teardrop nose concave, single fin with a ‘V’ tail.
